The Guide to the Cambodian Labour Law for the Garment Industry, first published in 2005, has been revised and reprinted to reflect amendments to Articles 139 and 144 of the Labour Law and the publication of Notices 745/06 and 032/08 by the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training. The guide, in English, Chinese and Khmer, provides information on the Cambodian Labour Law and related government decrees and regulations. The guide is useful for business owners, managers, human resources personnel, unions and worker representatives.
