The Induction Training Kit is designed to help train new factory workers to better understand their rights and responsibilities in the workplace. 

The kit covers eight key topics of labour regulation. These include:

3. Employment contracts
4. Working conditions
5. Freedom of association
6. Occupational safety and health
7. Obligation and responsibility of workers
8. Labour dispute resolution

One kit includes one short video, one trainer’s manual and 100 comic books.
